# Help and WispHost support

[Corresponding web page](https://wisphost.com/support/)

A question about a configuration, an order, a domain, a payment or your access can be the subject of a support request.

## Open a request

Logging in or creating a WispHost account is required before submitting. The account requires an email and a password, with no activation link. Choose a category, a subject and explain your need. Your request is linked to your account.

## Tracking replies

Find your requests in the client area and in the list of your open requests. Each topic has its own conversation thread, where you can add details, read replies and respond to the team.

## Useful information

For a question about a payment, keep the order reference and the transaction ID. Keep your passwords, private keys and recovery codes to yourself; these credentials must not appear in a request.

## Retention of exchanges

Closing a ticket immediately deletes the ticket and all its messages. After a reply from the team, if the team is waiting for your response for three days, the request is automatically deleted. A request does not expire solely because the team has not yet replied.
